Yorkshire’s inspiring new gallery celebrates Barbara Hepworth in the city where she was born. Designed by David Chipperfield Architects, and shortlisted for the Stirling Prize – the most prestigious prize for UK architecture- the dramatic building and ten superb gallery spaces make this one of the largest and most visited galleries outside London.
The gallery’s displays feature a unique collection of sculptures by Barbara Hepworth, as well as changing exhibitions by international contemporary artists. This spring don’t miss the three stunning exhibitions: Alice Channer, Jessica Jackson Hutchins and Linder.
